The boinc starts the jobs, but stops soon in 5 seconds or less.

Your logs show this error, perhaps it is the cause of your problems

ImportError: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.18' not found (required by /home/jari/BOINC/slots/4/libstdc++.so.6)

I run Fedora 37 which is related to Centos (in a round about way) and it runs fine.

You might just be missing a library, install that and see how it goes.
